The open-source LabSchool Exams application is provided for educational use, supporting the organization of assessments, quizzes, and related teaching activities. These terms govern the use of the service by administrators, educators, and examinees.

A. Usage Terms

1. Access is permitted only to users with a valid email address that matches an allowed domain: @sch.gr.
2. Educators and administrators are responsible for correctly configuring each assessment or quiz (for example: instructions, time limits, participation mode, and invigilation where required).
3. Examinees must use their own participation credentials and must not share links, codes, or account access with third parties.
4. Publishing or distributing unlawful, abusive, or educationally irrelevant content is prohibited.
5. The operator of each deployment may restrict or suspend access in cases of violations or misuse of the service.

B. Content Management

Deployment administrators reserve the right to intervene in assessment content when needed for:
1. Compliance with these terms and applicable law.
2. Protection of academic integrity and assessment quality.
3. Technical support, incident resolution, and reliable service operation.
Any intervention is performed with respect for the content creator and the educational context.

C. Personal Data

Only data required for user identification, assessment delivery, result processing, and service security is collected (for example, access activity logs).
Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law and the privacy policy of the specific deployment.
Data is not used for commercial exploitation and is not disclosed without a lawful basis.

D. Source Code and License

The application source code is available under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or any later version (AGPL-3.0-or-later).
If you interact with a modified version of this application over a network, the operator of that version must make the corresponding source code available to its users under the same license terms.
If a public source code link is shown in the footer of this instance, it points to the canonical source for this deployment.

E. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the application by administrators, educators, and examinees implies full acceptance of these terms.
